  • Yes — I don’t collect receipts for you, but I’ll guide you on organizing what you already have and use the proper app (QBO Receipts features, Dext) to easily take pictures. You’ll stay in control, and I’ll make sure your books are accurate.

  • Monthly bookkeeping keeps your records accurate and your cash flow clear. You’ll receive updated financials and reports each month. I’ll check in when I need clarifications or supporting documents.

  • I organize your existing records, fix errors, set up proper workflows, and get your books current so monthly bookkeeping can start smoothly. Complete documentation from your side is required for a proper catch-up.

  • I track costs per job, including change orders, so you always know project profitability. You provide formal details for each change order — acceptance, scope, and pricing — and I handle the accounting.

  • I help you set up your account with a payroll provider (e.g., Wagepoint, QBO Payroll, ADP etc.), monitor balances, and track payroll and deduction amounts in QuickBooks Online so your books stay accurate.

  • I track income, expenses, and job costs so you know which projects are profitable and when payments are coming in. Clear reports on outstanding invoices, deposits, and change orders help you avoid surprises and make informed decisions.
